Red Door Walking are a British/Portuguese Pop/Rock duo consisting of:

THE BEGINNING

About a year ago I came down with the flu and had to be quarantined in my room. During those painful, lonely days of quarantine I decided to start writing in an old notebook of mine. I’ve always managed to attract strange situations into my life and have been through some weird and wonderful experiences so my mum told me to start writing a book about my life. That’s exactly what I started doing. 

About a year later I found the beginning of my book which I wrote during that time and as I was reading it a tune popped into my head. As the tune came, more words came and I started scribbling as quickly as possible, trying to keep up with the ideas flowing to me. I recorded the tune on my voice recorder, showed it to Andre and within two hours he had arranged a whole piece to it. That was the first song I ever wrote and recorded and it’s called “What Is Time”. From that moment on, I started writing more and more about my life into my notebook and low and behold more and more tunes kept flowing to me. A couple of months later I’m sat in a recording studio recording all 10 of our songs.

We have decided we want to share this with the world right now. It highlights that at a time of darkness, a time of standstill and quarantine, miracles really can happen. It’s tough and it’s testing for all of us but it really is a time to look within.

Who knows where my story will lead us!? But isn’t that the exciting part?
